Job summary

Spirolite (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Extrusion department in Batang Kali. The role requires coordinating extrusion activities, ensuring product quality and output targets, and maintaining smooth machine operation on a shift basis.

You will also oversee safety practices and train the extrusion team. Minimum qualifications include SPM and a relevant technical certificate with at least 2 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum SPM and relevant technical certificate.
• Experience: At least 2 years in a related field.
• Skills: Injection & Extrusion, Blow Moulding, Troubleshooting, Maintenance.
• Attitude: Good working attitude and willingness to learn.
• Shift: Able to work on shift.
• Location: Preferably near Batang Kali.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize extrusion activities.
• Ensure products meet target and requirements set by the Company.
• Maintain quality and quantity of all outputs.
• Conduct periodic checks on machines and products and submit reports.
• Ensure machines operate smoothly as scheduled.
• Ensure safety tools/equipment used properly.
• Manage machine replacements and components for extrusion.
• Manage discipline and employee issues for the extrusion team.
• Provide training and guidance to extrusion team members.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Management.

Job Summary: Guide and coach employee based on job expectations and monitor production performance for Extrusion department and progress as per planned.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• 1. Planning and organizing extrusion activities
• 2. Ensure all products achieve the target and requirement as set by the Company
• 3. Responsible in ensure the quality and quantity of all outputs
• 4. Conduct periodical check on all machines and products and submit reports as required
• 5. Responsible to ensure all machines operates smoothly as schedule
• 6. Ensure all safety tools and equipment are used at the time and place as required
• 7. Ensure all machine replacement and components are kept and care under proper management and control
• 8. Manage the discipline and employee issues for extrusion team
• 9. Provide training and guidance to extrusion team members
• 10. Other tasks as assigned by Management from time to time

Required Skills/Abilities(include Education,Working Experience,skill and so on):

• 1. Minimum SPM and relevant technical certificate
• 2. Minimum 2 years of related experience in related field
