Job summary

IPEX Global Manufacturing (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an Assistant Supervisor to oversee manpower organization, material planning and production control at our Nusajaya facility. You will ensure adherence to the production schedule and maintain accurate records, while driving efficiency and product quality.

The role requires the ability to train staff, enforce GMP guidelines and maintain housekeeping and safety standards on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Experience in Assistant Supervisor role in manufacturing advantageous.
• Able to plan manpower and material flow with strong control.
• Familiar with GMP and RoHS requirements in molding areas.

Responsibilities

• Organise manpower, material planning and control.
• Follow strictly the production schedule as provided.
• Check and ensure all records are properly recorded.
• Motivate the workforce to achieve production efficiency and quality objectives.
• Ensure procedures and work instructions are updated and followed by workers.
• Provide training to workers to qualify them for their tasks.
• Maintain high standards of discipline, housekeeping and safety.

Organising of manpower, material planning and control.

Follow strictly the production schedule as provided.

Check and ensure all records are properly and correctly recorded.

Motivate the workforce to achive the targeted Production Efficiency and Quality objective.

Ensure procedures and work instructions updated and being followed by workers.

Provide training to the workers so that they are qualified to do the job assigned.

Maintain the high standard of displine workforce.

Maintain a high standard of good house keeping and safety rule are observed at all time.

Ensure that Rohs and other requirements are followed strictly at molding area.

Strictly follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Pratice ) and make sure surbodinate follow the GMP( Good Manufacturing Practice ) at Molding area.

Report to superior if any abnormality happen during production.
