Job summary

Hotayi Electronic (M) Sdn Bhd in Batu Kawan is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead production personnel, monitor daily schedules, and ensure 6S practices are followed on the shop floor.

You will prepare materials before model or version changes, uphold quality service by enforcing standards, and coordinate multiple tasks to meet deadlines while driving teamwork and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical & Electronic) or equivalent.
• 2+ years in related field; fresh grads encouraged to apply.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead production personnel and enforce 6S on the production floor.
• Follow up production schedules and prepare materials before model/version changes.
• Maintain quality standards and organizational procedures.

Job description

Creates and revises systems and procedures by analysing operating practices, record-keeping systems, forms of control, budgetary and personnel requirement.

Ensure operators adhere to work procedures are carried out in a correct manner.

Follow up the production schedule and arrange the operator to prepare the material before model / version change.

Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

To lead the production personnel practice good 6S on the production floor.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Undertake other task assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical & Electronic) or equivalent.
• At least 2 years working experience in the related field is require for this position (fresh grads are also encouraged to apply)
• Able to work independently
• Able to manage multiple competing tasks and meet deadlines.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Batu Kawan.
