Job summary

Spirolite (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Extrusion department in Batang Kali. The role requires coordinating extrusion activities, ensuring product quality and output targets, and maintaining smooth machine operation on a shift basis.

You will also oversee safety practices and train the extrusion team. Minimum qualifications include SPM and a relevant technical certificate with at least 2 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum SPM and relevant technical certificate.
• Experience: At least 2 years in a related field.
• Skills: Injection & Extrusion, Blow Moulding, Troubleshooting, Maintenance.
• Attitude: Good working attitude and willingness to learn.
• Shift: Able to work on shift.
• Location: Preferably near Batang Kali.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize extrusion activities.
• Ensure products meet target and requirements set by the Company.
• Maintain quality and quantity of all outputs.
• Conduct periodic checks on machines and products and submit reports.
• Ensure machines operate smoothly as scheduled.
• Ensure safety tools/equipment used properly.
• Manage machine replacements and components for extrusion.
• Manage discipline and employee issues for the extrusion team.
• Provide training and guidance to extrusion team members.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Management.
