Job summary

MTR SOLUTIONS (M) SDN. BHD. in Shah Alam is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities and workers, plan schedules, and ensure orders meet specifications on time.

You will monitor output, quality, manpower and material usage, collaborate with Engineering, R&D and Procurement to maintain smooth operations, read engineering drawings, troubleshoot issues, and uphold SOPs and safety standards on all processes.

Qualifications

Experience supervising production teams.
Understanding of SOPs and safety requirements.
Ability to read engineering drawings.
Ability to troubleshoot production issues.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage daily production activities and production workers.
Plan production schedules and ensure jobs are completed on time and according to specifications.
Monitor production output, quality, manpower and material usage.
Coordinate with Engineering, R&D and Procurement teams to ensure smooth production.
Read and understand engineering drawings and production requirements.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement practical solutions.
Ensure workers follow proper work procedures, SOPs and safety requirements.
Monitor fabrication, assembly, welding, machining and other production processes.
Maintain production records and provide regular progress updates to Management.
Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality and cost efficiency.
