Job summary

Sauce Empire Manufacturing Sdn Bhd is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor in Malaysia to oversee production planning and ensure on-time output. The role requires coordinating with teams to resolve material shortages, machine issues, and process inefficiencies, while supervising production staff for smooth operations.

You will train and evaluate workers to boost performance and productivity, conduct production reviews, analyze data, and implement improvement plans.

Responsibilities

• Plan and ensure on-time production through effective coordination.
• Identify and resolve production issues such as material shortages, machine breakdowns, and process inefficiencies.
• Supervise and monitor production staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Train and evaluate workers to improve performance and productivity.

• Handle customer complaints and execute CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
