Responsibilities

To plan and execute production activities according to master production schedule.
To allocate man power and material usage to achieve optimum daily production output.
To ensure 5S activities is practiced in production line.
To ensure product quality meet company requirement.
To ensure ISO & Safety requirement is practiced in production line.
To train and enhance workers' skill and work knowledge.
To assist production engineer and engineering department to carry out process improvement activities.
To assist production engineer and quality assurance department for product quality improvement
To perform other tasks that contributes to the smooth daily operation as be referred to memo or letters
