Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan GMRecruitment Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru is seeking a production supervisor to lead a team of around 25 operators in electronics/semiconductor manufacturing.

You will ensure production targets and quality standards are met, monitor daily operations, and report progress while coaching the team to high performance. Weekend or call-back work may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma required, fresh graduates welcome.
• At least 3 years of experience in electronics/semiconductor manufacturing.
• Strong people management and supervisory skills.
• Bahasa Malaysia communication; English a plus.
• Willing to work weekend or call-back when required.
