Job summary

LINKWING CLOUD TECH MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor / Section Head to assist the Manufacturing Manager in executing production plans and coordinating daily operations for server PCBA capacity and yield targets on a shift/weekly basis.

The role requires a Diploma or above, 3+ years of production supervision experience in electronics, familiarity with 5S and Lean tools, and strong Chinese/English communication. On-site shift coverage is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage 5S, ESD and safety on the line and ensure SOP adherence.
• Oversee frontline teams, shift scheduling and on-the-job training.
• Collect and report production data and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Uphold company policies and maintain good employee relations; control turnover.
• Shift work is required to support daily operations.

Job description

This is a Manufacturing Supervisor / Section Head position responsible for assisting the Manufacturing Manager in implementing production plans and coordinating daily operations of production teams to ensure server PCBA capacity and yield targets are achieved on a shift/weekly basis.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Manufacturing Manager in implementing production plans and coordinate the daily operations of production teams to ensure that server PCBA capacity and yield targets are achieved on a shift/weekly basis
• Monitor production progress, material consumption, and equipment utilization; handle on-site production abnormalities and drive process improvements
• Manage 5S, ESD, and production safety on the production line, and ensure proper implementation of server PCBA production SOPs
• Manage the daily operations of frontline supervisory teams, including line leaders and team leaders, as well as shift scheduling and skills training
• Collect, analyze, review, and report production data, while coordinating with cross-functional departments to resolve production-related issues
• Implement company policies and guidelines, maintain good employee relations, and control frontline employee turnover
• Shift work is required
• Requires shift work to ensure the daily operation and implementation of the production line, serving as a core management talent reserve

About you

• Diploma or above, preferably in Electronics or a related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Production Supervisor / Manufacturing Supervisor in server PCBA or other electronics manufacturing industries, with solid knowledge of the complete SMT/DIP production processes for server motherboards
• Familiar with basic 5S and Lean Manufacturing tools, with the ability to independently handle on-site production abnormalities and manage teams
• Good Chinese and English communication skills; able to work shifts and provide on-site shift coverage
• Experience in Malaysian factory management is preferred
• Strong sense of responsibility, excellent execution skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure
