Job summary

Aemulus Corporation Sdn Bhd is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to support warehousing activities in Penang. You will collaborate with store staff to meet KPI targets, lead stock counts, and ensure 5S storage standards are followed.

You will verify packaging requirements, record measurements and weights, label containers, and generate daily reports for packaging, storage and delivery orders. Strong leadership and meticulous attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain required.
• Strong leadership quality with people management experience.
• Extensive knowledge of packing procedures, techniques, tools and basic warehouse procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge in assembling standard shipping boxes and packing contents securely.
• Ability to read orders and identify correct parts for customer orders.
• Experience with manual and computerized shipping documents.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced team and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Job description

• Coordinator for stock count and ensuring all stocks and materials are properly stores according to 5S.


• Verify if items pulled out of package are correct. Examine and inspect cartons, materials, and products in order to ensure that packing specifications are met.


• In charge of inventory adjustment.


• Sort and label inspected products.


• Record measurement, weight and product count. Provide detail to Logistics and Shipping Team in specific format for shipment delivery.


• Mark and label containers, containers tags or products, using marking tools.


• Stack packaged items in storage areas or on delivery pallets using jack pallets.


• Complete packaging orders within deadlines.


• Maintain database or packages. Create daily reports regarding packaged products and storage and delivery orders.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma / Degree holder in Supply Chain and relevant background


• Strong leadership quality and extensive experience in people management


• Extensive knowledge of packing procedures, techniques, tools and basic warehouse procedures.


• Great attention to detail with accuracy.


• Knowledge in assembling standard shipping boxes and packing contents firmly.


• Skilled in reading conditions and identifying the accurate parts for fulfilling customer orders.


• Knowledge in completing manual and computerized forms and shipping documents.
