Kitron Electronics Manufacturing Sdn Bhd is seeking a Warehouse Lead/Senior Warehouse Specialist in Kulai, Johor. You will manage inbound receipts, stock accuracy, and cost control while coordinating picking, packing and shipping to production schedules.
The role requires 3–5 years in EMS warehousing, proficiency with IFS ERP, MES and WMS, and strong bilingual communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

1. Inventory Management:
Responsible for receiving, inspecting, and accurately recording incoming shipments.
Ensure accurate labelling and proper storage of goods in the warehouse to maintain inventory integrity.
Conduct regular inventory audits, reconcile discrepancies monthly, and report findings to management.
Perform regular stock counts, including cycle counts and annual physical inventory, to ensure inventory accuracy.
Work closely with Finance to monitor scrap, material returns, and wastage for effective costing control.
Supervise and coordinate the preparation of shop orders, including but not limited to kitting, rigging, and label printing.
Ensure timely picking, packing, and shipment preparation in line with production and delivery schedules.
Verify order accuracy and coordinate with logistics for timely and successful dispatch.
Oversee the packing of finished goods (FG) and ensure FG is ready for shipment.
3. Warehouse Operations:
Safely and efficiently operated warehouse equipment, including forklifts/stackers, pallet jacks, and Kardex systems.
Organize and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse to comply with safety standards.
Implement, adhere to, and regularly review safety and security procedures within the warehouse environment.
Assist in warehouse layout planning and optimize space utilization according to material type, size, and handling requirements.
4. Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inventory transactions, including but not limited to receipts, transfers, and dispatches in both IFS system and documentation.
Prepare, generate, and manage reports on inventory levels, order statuses, and inbound/outbound operations.
Operate the IFS ERP system to record and manage inventory data, ensuring that all entries are accurate and current.
Ensure records are easily accessible for audit and reporting purposes.
Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders.
Ensure all invoices and signed Delivery Orders (DO)/ Packing Lists (PL) are submitted to Finance promptly; communicate any discrepancies with Supply Chain or Finance teams.
Be familiar with and proficient in using both IFS ERP system Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to manage and track production processes.
Operate the IFS ERP system effectively for inventory management and other warehouse operations.
Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders in system.
Identify and propose opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within warehouse operations.
7. Others
Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Support cross-functional collaboration with production, quality, and supply chain teams.
