Job summary

Aemulus Corporation Sdn Bhd is seeking a meticulous QC Inspector to inspect and approve PCB assemblies and materials through visual and measurement tests to ensure conformance with specifications.

You will communicate control processes to address pressing quality issues with the Quality Engineer, prepare documentation for returns to suppliers for re-work, record inspection results, prepare inspection yield reports, and input data into quality systems.

Qualifications

• Technical Certificate / Diploma in relevant fields
• Understand component level drawings and PCB assembly requirements
• Experience in board assembly and soldering is an advantage
• Ability to stand for long periods

Responsibilities

• Inspect and approve PCB assemblies and materials using visual and measurement tests
• Support Return Material first level inspection and power-on validation before pass down to production for repair
• Record inspection results and prepare inspection yield reports
• Prepare documentation for returning items to suppliers for re-work
• Provide training and guidance to contract workers for incoming quality inspection
• Communicate required control processes with the Quality Engineer

Job description

We are looking for an individual who is meticulous and methodical! You are going to inspect and approves printed circuit board assemblies and materials by conducting visual and measurement tests inspection to ensure conformance with specifications. Besides support Return Material first level inspection and power ON validation before pass down to production for repair.

Here’s where you come in:

You need to communicate required control processes to address pressing quality related issues with the Quality Engineer. Besides that, you need to prepare documentation for returning items to suppliers for re-work. In addition, you need to record inspection results, prepare inspection yield reports, and input data into quality system. You also need to ensure all the measurement tools and equipment in good operating condition as well as provide training and guidance to contract workers for incoming quality inspection.

Requirements:

Candidates must possess at least Technical Certificate / Diploma in relevant fields

Candidate must willing to work between 8 to 12 hours during normal work hours

Candidate is competent in understanding component level, mechanical part drawing and printed circuit board assembly technical requirements

Experience in board assembly and soldering will be an added advantage

Candidate must able to stand for long periods of time
