Job summary

Plexus Manufacturing Sdn Bhd is seeking a Production Planner to coordinate schedules aligning customer expectations with organizational feasibility. The role involves developing schedules that balance stakeholder requirements and production constraints to enhance customer satisfaction and meet company goals.

Responsibilities include analyzing customer demand, maintaining MPS and MRP data, and proactively mitigating disruptions to production efficiency and service levels.

Qualifications

• Good written and oral communication, organizational and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to take proactive ownership for Focus Factory success and safe operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Program Management to analyze customer demand for inventory management and production scheduling.
• Create and analyze what-if scenarios to assess impact of demand changes.
• Create and maintain Master Production Schedules (MPS) and generate MRP data to mitigate disruptions.
• Highlight areas impacting customer service excellence in product delivery.
• Resolve challenges using standard policies and procedures with guidance.
