Job summary

LEM Company in Malaysia seeks an experienced Supply Chain professional to drive production planning, inventory optimization, and KPI reporting within a multinational environment.

You will coordinate with production and distribution centers, analyze MRP, and maintain master data to align with corporate strategies, while driving continuous improvement and execution of changes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, APICs certification or any related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain operations.
• Lean capabilities, problems solving, value stream mapping.
• Experience in S&OP process
• Experience in MNC environment
• Understand ERP functionalities and being able to standardize processes.
• Familiar with Microsoft D365 will be added advantage.
• Agility.
• Being able to manage stress and conflicts

Responsibilities

• Optimize day to day operations and tasks with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Ensure processes and guidelines are followed. In case of gaps, make a proposal for changes.
• Report KPIs and improvements.
• Participate in project transfer.
• Bring and integrate new ideas.
