Job summary

Yeo Hiap Seng is seeking a Senior Executive, Production & Supply Planning to coordinate end-to-end supply, production and materials planning in a fast-paced FMCG environment in Malaysia. The role requires collaboration with Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement and Logistics to balance product availability with cost efficiency.

You will leverage SAP planning tools and analytics to drive data-driven decisions while supporting the S/4HANA implementation and clean master data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in supply chain, operations management, logistics or equivalent.
• FMCG / Food & Beverage experience is an added advantage.
• Strong business acumen with stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and align production and materials schedules with internal and external stakeholders.
• Intervene to resolve supply chain constraints and mitigate risk to ensure product availability.
• Own long-term capacity planning and perform scenario analyses.
• Create, maintain, and audit master data for planning groups in SAP and related systems.
• Deliver service, inventory, and cost targets with root-cause analysis and action plans.
• Drive process improvement and support business contingency plans.

Senior Executive, Production & Supply Planning

Summarize / Overview of the objective of the role :-

Ensuring end-to-end supply chain efficiency by developing and executing effective supply, production, and materials plans.

Responsible for balancing product availability with cost and inventory optimization to meet business and customer requirements.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, and external suppliers/co-packers to deliver feasible and efficient production and materials plans while proactively identifying and mitigating supply chain risks.

Leveraging SAP planning tools, analytics, and reporting capabilities to drive data-driven decision-making. Continuous improvement and integration of Supply Integrated Planning processes—particularly in alignment with the ongoing S/4HANA implementation and the establishment of clean, reliable master data.

Job Responsibilities:-

• Develop, maintain, and align production and materials schedules with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring synchronized planning across functions.
• Intervene and resolve supply chain constraints, mitigate risk to ensure product availability to customers.
• Own long-term capacity planning and perform scenario (“what-if”) analysis to support decision-making and business continuity.
• Own, Create, maintain, and audit master data for planning groups. Ensure accuracy to enable effective planning through SAP and related systems.
• Deliver Service, Inventory and Cost targets with Root Cause Analysis/action planning and Inventory Action Plan, and Non-Performing inventory Management.
• Leverage system capability, drive work Process improvement and loss elimination, support Business contingency plan.

Requirements:-
