Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Minde Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a Production Process Engineer II in Malaysia to optimize production processes and boost efficiency. The role targets individuals with strong technical roots and hands-on experience in manufacturing environments.

Based in Johor, Gelang Patah, the candidate will lead cross-functional efforts, implement SOPs, monitor SPC metrics, and drive process improvements to meet targeted cycle times and quality goals.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in mechanical/manufacturing engineering.
• Minimum 3 years in manufacturing, rubber/plastic/metal preferred.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software for design and optimization.
• Familiar with Lean manufacturing and process improvement methods.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify improvements.
• Design and implement process optimization to reduce cycle time and improve quality.
• Collaborate to develop SOPs and work instructions.
• Monitor cycle time, yield and scrap; craft improvement plans.
• Provide technical support to troubleshoot process issues.
• Apply SPC techniques to reduce process variation and ensure quality.
