Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Minde Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer in Malaysia to oversee and optimize production workflows, implement lean initiatives, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing lines.

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering, with 3–5 years of related experience, strong CAD and ERP skills, and a collaborative problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering.
Strong knowledge of process design, lean manufacturing, and production optimization.
Proficiency in CAD software and ERP systems.
Ability to work well in a team and solve complex production issues.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve production efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
Analyze production workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards in all process activities.
Work on the development of new manufacturing methods and validate equipment to improve overall performance.
Lead continuous improvement projects, focusing on lean manufacturing and process optimization.
