Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Electrical Eng.
• 3–5 years in a process engineering role in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of process design and equipment maintenance.
• Familiarity with lean and process optimization methods.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for quality and efficiency.
• Oversee installation, testing, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with production and QA to implement improvements.
• Ensure safety and environmental regulatory compliance in processes.
• Monitor equipment performance and suggest upgrades as needed.
• Lead process validation and new equipment qualification efforts.
