Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial/Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to boost productivity and quality.
Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions and process documentation.
Conduct time studies, line balancing, capacity planning, and manpower planning.
Design and improve layouts, ergonomics, and material flow to reduce waste and improve safety.
Support NPI by establishing efficient manufacturing processes and validating readiness.
Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement using Lean, Kaizen, 5S and Six Sigma.
Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Purchasing and Supply Chain to resolve issues.
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve quality and efficiency.
Support cost reduction through process optimization and waste elimination.
Participate in production trials, ECN/ECO and process validation.
Ensure ISO 9001 compliance and workplace safety.
