Qualifications

• SPM, Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2–4 years of production experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of production processes and supply chain principles.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, production planning software and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organisational, time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production activities and scheduling across departments to meet targets.
• Liaise with Production, HR, Warehouse, Safety and Management to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in manpower planning, worker KPI tracking and workplace organisation initiatives.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production-related reports and updates.
• Ensure compliance with 5E, safety, DOSH/JKKP requirements and cross-department coordination.
