Job summary

Thong Guan Industries Berhad in Malaysia seeks a Documentation & Records assistant in the production department to manage production-related documents, reports, and ERP data, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and ISO-compliant processes.

You will support audits, stock-taking, and cross-department coordination, maintain filing systems, and help prepare reports and schedules to keep production planning on track.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of ERP systems (Epicor experience is an advantage).
• Good organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities

Control, monitor, and maintain production-related documentation and reports to ensure accuracy and completeness

Ensure effective distribution, control, recording, updating, and filing of documents, paperwork, and system records in accordance with ISO standards and company procedures

About you
