Job summary

Thong Guan Industries Berhad seeks a production operations leader responsible for overseeing production activities and maintaining high quality systems. You will coordinate with procurement, planning, and quality teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities include staff rostering, equipment breakdown reporting, housekeeping and safety, stock control, performance reporting, team motivation, and identifying training needs to enhance capabilities and

Qualifications

• Diploma in any field is required.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required.
• Basic knowledge of machine maintenance, documentation and system.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations and quality systems in production.
• Coordinate with materials procurement, production planning, quality control and continuous improvement.
• Plan and organize staff shift roster and tasks.
• Report plant or machinery breakdowns to maintenance technicians.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety standards in the factory area.
• Stock control and performance reporting.
• Motivate the team and identify training needs.

Job description

Directly responsible for leading the operations and overall quality systems in production, coordinate with materials procurement, production planning, quality control, communication and continuous improvement.

Planning and organizing staff shift roster and tasks

Reporting plant or machinery breakdowns to maintenance technicians

Maintain high standards of housekeeping and safety requirements at the factory area

Stock control

Motivating your team

Producing management reports on performance

Monitoring quality control

Update paperwork such as daily production report, sick leave and ISO documents

Identify and organizing training needs

Other Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field

At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.

Technical knowledge :

At least basic knowledge of machine maintenance , documentation and system.
