Job summary

Mathevon Malaysia Sdn Bhd seeks a logistics/planning professional to develop daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules. You will coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Engineering to ensure resource availability and timely material delivery.

Candidates should have a Diploma/Degree in related fields and 1–3 years of planning experience, with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office is required.

• Experience in planning or scheduling in manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production or project schedules.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, Engineering to ensure resource availability.
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules based on changes, delays, or urgent requirements.
• Ensure materials, manpower, and equipment are planned according to project or production needs.
• Update planning records and maintain accurate documentation.
• Communicate schedule updates and requirements to management and teams.
• Review capacity and workload to optimize planning efficiency.
• Collaborate with suppliers or vendors for timely delivery of materials.
• Assist in problem-solving to avoid disruptions to schedule.
• Prepare planning reports and forecasts for management review.
