Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in production planning, material planning, or inventory control (food manufacturing preferred).
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills; able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop a production schedule detailing tasks and deadlines to meet predicted completion dates.
• Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products.
• Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
• Determine manpower, equipment, and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
• Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations.
• Schedule shifts according to production needs.
• Monitor jobs to ensure they finish on time and within budget.
• Address issues when they arise, aiming for minimum disruption.
• Obtain output information and analyze production efficiency.
