Job summary

SFP Tech Holdings Berhad is seeking a skilled Purchasing professional to support the Purchasing Manager in overseeing procurement operations and optimizing costs. You will help develop supplier relationships and ensure timely procurement of materials and services to meet operational goals.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, guiding the Purchasing team, negotiating terms with suppliers, and coordinating with production and warehouse to meet requirements while upholding quality and 5S

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–4 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong negotiation, leadership and supplier management skills.
• Good analytical, communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing purchasing strategies, budgets, and procurement activities.
• Supervise and guide the Purchasing team to ensure efficient operations.
• Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor supplier performance, purchasing costs, and material availability.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Warehouse, and other departments to meet operational requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies, quality standards, and 5S practices.
