The role leads the production team, improves efficiency, maintains GMP and safety standards, and supports overall business goals. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience; Mandarin proficiency is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and monitor daily production to meet targets and deadlines.
• Ensure product quality complies with company standards and GMP requirements.
• Supervise and lead production staff, including training and performance monitoring.
• Improve production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure workplace safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to maintain stock levels.
• Prepare and maintain production reports and records.
