Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure production targets and deadlines are achieved
• Monitor production schedules, manpower allocation, workflow, and output
• Ensure production processes are carried out according to SOPs and company standards
• Identify production issues, bottlenecks, delays, and operational risks, and take appropriate corrective action
• Monitor production efficiency and minimise wastage, downtime, and production losses
• Supervise and manage production operators and operational staff
• Allocate daily tasks and manpower according to production requirements
• Train new team members on production processes, SOPs, safety requirements, and work procedures
• Ensure products are produced according to required specifications and quality standards
• Conduct regular checks throughout the production process to identify defects or inconsistencies
