is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Production Operator to support our manufacturing operations by carrying out production activities according to work instructions, quality standards, safety requirements, and production schedules. The role involves operating machinery and equipment safely, handling materials, performing basic quality checks, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and working as part of a fast-paced production team.

Qualifications

• Minimum PMR/SPM/Certificate/Diploma in Manufacturing, Engineering, Technical, or related field.
• Experience as Production Operator or in manufacturing preferred.
• Experience in a clean room/controlled environment is an advantage.
• Ability to follow work instructions and quality requirements.
• Good attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily production activities according to approved production schedules, work orders, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Operate production machinery and equipment safely and correctly.
• Follow established production processes and procedures to achieve required output and quality standards.
• Conduct basic inspection and quality checks on products during the production process.
• Handle raw materials, components, and finished products according to established procedures.
• Ensure proper handling, identification, and movement of materials throughout the production process.
• Strictly follow clean room procedures, including gowning, material handling, housekeeping, and personnel hygiene requirements where applicable.
• Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping of the production area, machinery, and equipment.
• Follow all company safety rules, quality requirements, and workplace procedures.
• Support production improvement initiatives and assist with other production‑related tasks or ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Good teamwork and communication skills.
