We are looking for an experienced Inventory & Production Supervisor to oversee inventory control, warehouse activities, and daily production operations. The role is responsible for maintaining stock accuracy, supervising production workers, monitoring production output, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Monitor stock levels, stock movements, receiving, issuing, returns, and inventory records.
Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation to ensure physical stock matches system records.
Investigate stock discrepancies and perform approved inventory adjustments, including reclassification, scrap, rejected items, and rework.
Manage inventory transactions using SQL/ERP or inventory management systems.
Supervise daily production activities and assign tasks to production workers.
Monitor production output, work progress, efficiency, and daily targets.
Ensure workers follow SOPs, quality standards, safety requirements, and proper material handling procedures.
Coordinate warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, issuing, packing, and delivery.
Coordinate with Purchasing/Procurement and suppliers regarding material requirements, deliveries, shortages, damaged goods, and quality issues.
Prepare reports on stock balance, inventory variance, production output, scrap/reject, rework, and other operational matters.
Highlight inventory, production, quality, manpower, and operational issues to Management.
Work closely with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, Procurement, and Operations teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy, production efficiency, and operational processes.
Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in inventory, warehouse, production, or manufacturing operations.
Experience in manufacturing, scaffolding, metal, or structural hardware is an advantage.
Proficient in SQL/ERP or inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of inventory reconciliation, stock adjustment, scrap/rework, and BOM is an advantage.
Good supervisory, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Able to supervise workers and work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
