Job summary

Wistron Technology (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in Port Klang, Selangor, is seeking a Senior Executive/Executive for Production & Material Control (PMC). The role supports daily production planning, monitors material availability, and ensures production continuity by coordinating with internal departments to resolve delivery and scheduling issues.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s or Diploma in a related field, with 3+ years in production planning or supply chain, strong analytical and leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu (and other language).
• At least 3 years in production planning, production control, supply chain or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, communication, coordination and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production planning and order fulfillment activities.
• Monitor material availability and production progress to ensure production continuity.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve delivery and scheduling issues.
• Prepare planning reports and maintain system data accuracy.
• Review production schedules and update planning status on a daily basis.
• Track critical material shortages and follow up on recovery plans.
• Monitor inventory levels, excess materials, and aging inventory.
• Support production capacity planning and demand fluctuation analysis.
• Follow up on production performance and assist in meeting departmental KPI targets.
• Assist in implementing process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.

Job Requirements :-

Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Administration or related field.

At least 3 years of experience in production planning, production control, supply chain management, warehouse operations or related field is an advantage. Knowledge of production scheduling, inventory control and supply chain operations. added advantage.

Strong analytical, problem solving, communication, coordination and leadership skills.

Able to work effectively under pressure and in a cross-functional environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). SAP knowledge is an added advantage.

Willing to work in Port Klang, Selangor.
