Job summary

Wistron Technology (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking an Industrial Engineering (IE) - Assistant Manager/Manager to supervise the IE team in Port Klang, Selangor. The role focuses on planning and managing IE activities, driving KPI achievement and capacity utilization.

The incumbent will lead a diverse team, justify capacity expansion, interpret Capex details, and report monthly KPI results to senior management. English and Bahasa Melayu are required, Mandarin is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Industrial Engineering experience
• Bachelor degree in Engineering (Manufacturing/Electrical/Electronics) or equivalent
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu; Mandarin an added advantage
• Able to lead and support a team
• Strong leadership, communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all aspects of Industrial Engineering activities
• Lead IE team and ensure KPI achievement
• Support capacity planning and target utilization
• Justify capacity expansion and optimize equipment
• Interpret Capex details and plan medium/long-term improvements
• Establish monthly IE KPI reports and report to management
• Meet with Management to plan strategic team objectives

We are looking a talent who are able to supervise the Industrial Engineering team in Wistron

Candidate must willing to work in Port Klang, Selangor

Job Responsibilities :-

Able to plan and manages all aspects of Industrial Engineering activities

Reporting to Senior Manager to ensure the quality of works and supervise a team with diverse talents and responsibilities

To support IE team in managing capacity plan, target utilization.

Justify the capacity expansion in terms of demand vs capacity. Drive out or cancel unnecessary equipment

Able to interpret and analyze Capex detail and provide improvement planning medium / long-term activities

Assist to lead IE team to achieve monthly / quarterly / yearly KPI

Able to establish monthly department KPI report and report to higher level of management

To provide support and leadership to ensure the teams are working at rapid pace and producing result as per the Company requirement

Meet regularly with the Management to report and plan strategic plan for team objective.

Job Responsibilities :-

Candidate must posses at least 10 years experience in Industrial Engineering related function

Minimum Bachelor Degree holder in Engineering including Manufacturing/Electrical/Electronics or equivalent

Candidate must able to read, write,and speak in English and Bahasa Melayu. Mandarin speaker is an added advantage

Able to lead and support a group of team
