Job summary

• Plan capacity and manpower, and monitor progress against plan.
• Lead improvement projects with teams of 10+ people.
• Design production layouts and evaluate equipment utilization.
• Monitor monthly plant KPI and report to Supervisors with short-term solutions.
• Conduct overhead expenses analysis for monthly reporting and forecasting.

Job description

Calculate equipment / final assembly capacity and provide improvement by monthly/quarterly/yearly

Determine planning factors for short term plan and scheduling as well as for strategic planning scenarios

Monitor and manage upcoming short / medium term production bottlenecks

Able to understand and operate monthly manufacturing overhead expenses analysis and report short term solution to the Supervisors

Develop performance metrics of effective utilization of production methods, equipment layout, material handling and manpower

Monitor plant KPI by monthly. Work closely with other department in driving department major improvement and provide gap analysis

Handle production layout plan for NPI / Special Projects

Requires to participate and follow up Plant Improvement projects

Job Requirements :-

Bachelor or Master Degree in any Engineering Field

IE (Industrial Engineering) professional background an added advantage

More than 3 years of working experience, advantage working in Electronic / Electrical industry

Work experience includes: capacity/manpower plan, layout plan, leading team project improvement with more 10 people and and having a certain concept of financial

Good in Microsoft office software, CAD skill, briefing skills and organizational ability

Positive working attitude and good communication skills

Language proficiency : Bahasa Melayu and English. Mandarin language proficiency is an added advantage

Candidate must willing to work in Port Klang Selangor
