Job summary

Wistron Technology (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in Port Klang is seeking a Senior Executive / Executive in Production & Material Control to support daily planning and order fulfillment, monitor material availability, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve delivery and scheduling issues.

You will prepare planning reports, track shortages and inventory health, assist in capacity planning, and contribute to KPI achievement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu and other language.

• - Track critical material shortages and follow up on recovery plans.
• - Monitor inventory levels, excess materials, and aging inventory.
• - Support production capacity planning and demand fluctuation analysis.
• - Follow up on production performance and assist in meeting departmental KPI targets.
• - Assist in implementing process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.

Job Requirements :-

Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Administration or related field.

Proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu and other language.

At least 3 years of experience in production planning, production control, supply chain management, warehouse operations or related field is an advantage. Knowledge of production scheduling, inventory control and supply chain operations. added advantage.

Strong analytical, problem solving, communication, coordination and leadership skills.

Able to work effectively under pressure and in a cross-functional environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). SAP knowledge is an added advantage.

Willing to work in Port Klang, Selangor.
