The role requires coaching staff, enforcing safety regulations, and driving Lean/5S improvements. You will collaborate with maintenance, QA, logistics, and HR to optimize operations and reduce waste across the plant.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or related field preferred for higher-level roles.
• Experience: 2–5+ years in plant/production/manufacturing settings.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving, data tracking via Office/ERP, lean principles familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily production activities to meet targets on schedule and within budget.
• Coach, train, and evaluate staff while maintaining a safe work environment.
• Enforce safety regulations and inspect end products for compliance.
• Implement lean manufacturing methods and 5S standards to reduce operating costs and waste.
• Coordinate with maintenance, QA, logistics, and HR.
