Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in production/engineering.
• 8+ years of operations experience.
• Experience leading a technical production team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production across multiple lines including SMT, Wave, assembly, burn-in and test.
• Lead a team of supervisors and engineers to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Analyze plant performance and optimize operating conditions for efficiency.
• Coach operators and drive continuous improvements with engineers.
• Ensure safety compliance and training for manufacturing staff.
