Job summary

Englen Manufacturing Sdn Bhd, a steel bar and BRC products producer, is seeking a Production Manager to ensure smooth factory operation and high quality standards in Sabah. You will oversee production activities to meet customer satisfaction and targets.

Applicants should have a Diploma/Degree with at least 5 years in BRC manufacturing, be results-oriented, and demonstrate leadership and cross-functional collaboration across English, Bahasa Malaysia, and local dialects.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree with at least 5 years experience in managing BRC manufacturing plant.
• Results-oriented with good analytical mind to ensure factory efficiency.
• Computer literate and proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and local dialects.
• Ability to work under tight schedule and meet deadlines.
• Self-starter with strong leadership and good inter-personal skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of the factory and product quality to specification.
• Monitor and control inventory levels of finished products.
• Upgrade machinery for better performance to increase output.
• Maintain records of customer purchases and strive for satisfaction.
• Maintain adequate workforce to meet production programmes.
• Conduct in-house training for new workers on the production floor.
• Promote morale and discipline in the factory workforce.
• Maintain quality procedures and ISO-compliant records.

Production Manager at Englen Manufacturing Sdn Bhd, a manufacturer of steel bar and BRC products based in KK, Sabah. The role involves ensuring smooth factory operation, maintaining high quality standards in accordance with specifications, and overseeing production activities to meet customer satisfaction and production targets.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth operation of the factory and products are of high quality accordance to specification
• Monitor and control the inventory stock levels of finished products
• Conduct on-going improvement and upgrading of machinery for better performance to increase production output
• Maintain effective records of all customer's purchases and meet total customer satisfaction
• Maintain adequate work-force in the factory to ensure achievement of production programme
• Conduct in-house training for new work force in the production floor
• Promote a high level of morale and maintain good working discipline among the work force in the factory
• Maintain the quality procedures and records according to ISO requirements

About you

• Diploma / Degree with at least 5 years experience in managing BRC manufacturing plant
