Job summary

Englen Manufacturing Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Engtex Group Berhad, invites applications for a Sales Admin role in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. You will handle data entry of orders, generate delivery orders, invoices, and reports with accuracy, and ensure orders comply with policy.

Fresh graduates are welcome; degree/diploma/SPM with relevant experience. Independent, fast-paced environment; on-the-job training provided. Join a Malaysian manufacturing group with a broad distribution network.

Responsibilities:

To be able to key-in accurately all relevant information

To generate Sales Report / Delivery Orders / PO/ Invoices / SO with minimum errors

To ensure all authorization / signatory limit of sales orders or delivery orders are in compliance with the Company's set policy

To understand all documentation involved in the sales & delivery of Goods

Requirement:

Degree/Diploma/SPM with relevant experience

1 years working experience in related field

Matured personality and willing to work independently in a fast track environment
