The role emphasizes Quality Assurance ownership, QMS targets, and collaboration with departments, customers and suppliers to meet stringent quality standards and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Daily supervises, monitoring and controls Quality Assurance or any area assigned.
• Work hand-in-hand with all concerned department personnel, customer and supplier pertaining to product Quality Assurance or any responsibility assigned and Audit related activities.
• Represents the company and/or department for some various meetings, training, seminars and other activities conducted within the company.
• Participate actively and support all plans/projects of the company in achieving customer requirements and company’s mission and quality policy.
• Responsible to own products quality and Quality Management System target.
• Responsible to continuous improve and develop the system of FA LV Section towards company’s objective.
• Responsible to close and update all internal/external corrective and preventive actions to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Responsible to setting CMM offline program for PCDMIS, Mitutoyo & Mcosmos Geopak.
• Responsible to review new customer drawing.
• Train and assist Technicians, Inspectors and subordinates with regards to their job functions.
