Job summary

Hitec Metal Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Production Executive to coordinate production schedules, optimize machinery capacity, and ensure products meet exact specifications.

You will lead shift teams, implement SOPs, maintain ISO 9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 compliance, and drive cost-saving process improvements while collaborating with maintenance and materials teams. A Bachelor's or Diploma in Engineering is required, with 3–5 years' related experience, and strong English and Bahasa Malaysia

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of related experience is beneficial.
• Able to communicate in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with quality control procedures and safety regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to lead by example.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Possess ISO knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement production schedules to meet targets while maximizing machinery capacity.

• Maintain ISO 9001 documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure safety regulations (ISO14001 & ISO45001) are followed and hazardous materials are handled safely.
• Collaborate with maintenance to minimize downtime via preventive scheduling.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce yield loss and production costs.
• Supervise shift workers, assign tasks, and ensure proper manpower allocation.
• Train workers in SOPs and safety protocols.

Job description

Coordinate with the raw material team to manage inventory levels.

Coordinate with site team to meet delivery requirement.

Ensure all fabricated product meets required specification and quality.

Maintain relevant ISO 9001 (Quality Management System) documentation.

Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations (ISO14001 & ISO45001) and safe handling of hazardous material.

Collaborate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime through preventive maintenance scheduling.

Identify and implement process improvements to reduce yield loss and minimize production costs.

Supervise shift workers, assign tasks, and ensure proper manpower allocation.

Train workers in standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.

Job Requirements:-

Possess at least Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.

Possess 3-5 years working experience in related field is beneficial.

Able to communicate in English & Bahasa Malaysia
