• Oversee total production operations across three plants (Perai & Bukit Minyak).
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and deliver on-time shipments.
• Maintain 5S on the shop floor and drive safety, discipline and efficiency.
• Apply lean tools to optimize yield, OEE, cost and delivery performance.

Job description

Manage the total production operations and provide technical support to 3 Plant (Perai & Bukit Minyak).

• Production system is in compliance with ISO9001/IATF16949, ISO14001 and 14Qs basics.
• Products conform to customer's quality standard and requirement.
• Shop floor management to monitor the staffs discipline and work standardization.
• Ensure good workplace 5S, organized, safe, neat and clean.
• To manage and ensure shipment quantity is met.
• All production WIs, set‑up checklists and all the required/displayed production.
• Preventative maintenance for machines, tools, production equipment that affect.
• Responsible for yield, output, OEE, quality, delivery with optimized cost.
• To carry out task as per assign by superior as when required.

• Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing and problem‑solving tools (PDCA, 8D, DOE)
• Ability to assess organizations need.
• Must be fluent in English and Chinese, with strong speaking, reading, and writing skills, and the ability to communicate and liaise effectively with Mandarin‑speaking clients.
