Job summary

GMRecruitment Sdn Bhd is seeking a seasoned Production Manager to lead overall semiconductor manufacturing operations in Pasir Gudang. You will plan output, drive quality, cost, and delivery targets while ensuring safety and compliance with SOPs.

You will collaborate with engineering, quality, maintenance and supply chain teams, lead Lean and Kaizen initiatives, supervise a skilled team, and report on performance and productivity improvements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related field).
• 5–8 years production/manufacturing experience, preferably semiconductor industry.
• At least 3 years in supervisory or management role.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor production processes.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work in fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willing to work in Pasir Gudang.
