Job summary

Elitez Pte Ltd seeks an experienced Senior Production Manager to oversee daily factory operations in glove manufacturing. You will lead the production team, ensure ISO compliance, and drive cost reductions and quality improvements.

This role requires 7–10 years of senior management in relevant industries, a degree in Business Management, Engineering, or Manufacturing, and proven capacity to manage teams of 300+ employees with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications
