Job summary

Karex Industries Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Production & Operations Manager to lead a busy production team in delivering quality products on time.

You will plan workloads, ensure SOP adherence, and drive safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the operation. The role requires strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills, with extensive experience in manufacturing environments and familiarity with ERP and production software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or operations management.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, production management software, or manufacturing execution systems.
• Knowledge of OHSMS and EMS systems, quality management tools, and production KPIs.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking capabilities.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage production personnel to ensure operations are efficient and meet quality standards.
