Crystal Dignity is seeking a production-oriented professional in Malaysia to coordinate daily production activities, monitor outputs, and ensure targets and delivery schedules are met. The role requires working with ERP systems, maintaining accurate records, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree in manufacturing/industrial/mechanical engineering or equivalent, with 2+ years of experience.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with other departments.

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Management, Operations Management, or other related disciplines.
Fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Experience using ERP or manufacturing systems (e.g. AutoCount ERP, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, or similar systems) is an advantage.
Experience in bulk material handling or chemical, fertiliser, salt, or process manufacturing.
Knowledge of production batch tracking and inventory reconciliation.
Ability to prepare production reports, analyse production data, and maintain documentation.
Experience operating forklifts or possession of a valid forklift driving competency certificate/licence will be an added advantage.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Experience in production planning, production coordination, or production administration will be an advantage.
Fresh graduates with strong academic achievements and relevant industrial training may also be considered.
Coordinate daily production activities to ensure production schedules are executed efficiently.
Monitor production output and report daily production performance.
Ensure production targets, productivity, and efficiency are achieved.
Assist in investigating production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
Update production records, work orders, and production documentation accurately.
Monitor material consumption and production variances.
Maintain production filing systems and ensure documentation is complete and traceable.
Monitor production-related inventories and report discrepancies.
Assist in maintenance inventory, storage management and scheduled application.
Coordinate production activities within approved production plans.
Recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
Escalate production delays, quality issues, equipment breakdowns, or material shortages to the Manager.
Verify production records and documentation prior to submission.
Coordinate cross-functional support to ensure smooth production operations.
