Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in wood/packaging manufacturing, with strong leadership and production planning expertise.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in wood or packaging manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge in production planning and factory operations.
• Leadership and team management experience required.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

To support this expansion, we are looking for a capable and experienced Production Manager to lead and strengthen our production operations. This role will play a key part in preparing and driving our operational growth.
