Responsibilities

• Work on the shopfloor to support daily production operations.
• Assist in line setup, monitoring, and output tracking.
• Support troubleshooting of production issues with supervisors and technicians.
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Support process improvement and cost‑saving initiatives.
• Prepare basic production and issue tracking reports.
• Work closely with operators, technicians, and line leaders to ensure smooth execution.
