Job summary

ME-Plas (M) Sdn Bhd (358000-U) in Negeri Sembilan is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily worker activities, plan work orders and ensure timely production runs. The role requires a Diploma/Certificate, at least 3 years in production controls and supervision, and willingness to work shifts and overtime including Sundays and public holidays; strong teamwork is essential.

You will coordinate with maintenance and other departments to smooth operations, monitor quality, and report issues

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate or higher.
• 3 years experience in production controls and supervision.
• Willing to work shifts and OT including Sundays and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Control and manage workers daily plan work orders.
• Tooling/machine setup for production runs when needed.
• Maintenance works including troubleshooting, repairing, preventive maintenance.
• Daily production records properly and submit to superior.
• Report any issues to the supervisor on duty.
• Other duties as directed by superiors when required.
