Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing activities, assign tasks, and prepare production schedules. You will lead and coach operators, monitor performance, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role includes supporting NPI, line setup, and process improvements, with focus on maintaining high standards and efficient equipment operation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with production supervision or NPI exposure.

• Supervise daily production activities, assign work, and prepare production schedules.
