Job summary

IOT Manufacturing Sdn Bhd is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing assembly activities in Malaysia. You will lead a production team, ensure targets are met, and uphold quality, safety, and operational standards in a dynamic plant environment.

The role requires a Diploma in Electronic and 2-3 years of supervisory experience, with strong problem-solving and communication skills to drive continuous improvement and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electronic is required.
• 2-3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in Manufacturing Assembly Industry.
• Strong understanding of Production Processes, Quality Control and Safety procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision making and critical thinking skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a production team.
• Knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the production team to meet targets and deadlines.
• Monitor production processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with Quality standards, Safety protocols and Operational procedures.
• Provide leadership and support to the production staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Analyse production data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with Planning, Quality and Engineering to optimise operations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of product plans, schedules and strategies.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities.

About you
