Job summary

Upscale seeks a Production Leader in Selangor to manage daily manufacturing operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality production aligned with company standards. You will supervise manpower, plan production, control quality and safety, and drive continuous improvement to meet output goals, costs, and delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or production supervision.
• Experience leading shop-floor teams in a structured manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety practices.
• Ability to read technical drawings and work instructions.
